I am Sahana Jayaraman, great-granddaughter of Sri ANNA N. Subramanian. This site is dedicated to my great-grandfather who was a truly religious and spiritual man. He was an incredible husband, father, grandfather, friend, teacher and a manager.
Sri ANNA was a man of his word, accomplished a lot in his life, and dedicated his life to help others. Having influenced almost everyone that met him, ANNA had an incomparable spirit and was a fascinating individual. Talking about Sri ANNA is a chain reaction in the sense that when you start off on one topic, it ends up leading to a completely different one. This reveals how interrelated ANNA’s life was and how neither he nor his principles ever changed no matter where he was or who he was with.
Just by going about his daily routine and living the simplistic life that he did, his health remained impeccable. A man of so many responsibilities was able to live for almost a century, to sadly leave at the wondrous age of 97, on August 15, 1992.
I have published a book “As We Cherish- My Great-grandfather Sri ANNA
N. Subramanian” as an offering, from me, his great-granddaughter to society, to help continue and spread his meaningful teachings and life-lessons.
